Bilal’s Listening Party in Brooklyn at Frank’s Lounge was a hit!
A room full of people came to listen to the new album, “A Love Surreal” and take part of the one on one interview that I hosted. Bilal was open and energetic as he spoke about his new album, the ups and downs in his career and what he means by the kitchen floor. Special guest, Robert Glasper jumped on stage and spoke about creating music with Bilal. By the end of the night, Bilal sold out of CDs and everyone left there feeling Bilal to “The Core.”
Thank you Danny from Make It Happen Entertainment for capturing the moment. Shout out to Purpose Music for making it happen!
Tonight at 10PM EST me and Bilal tweet music, creativity & love! Follow @jodinescorner
